SHIPPING:
Shipping costs are a flat rate of $2.50 Canadian per item. Schools and daycares with larger orders can send an email to info@frenchconnextion.ca for special order and shipping rates.
RETURNS:
If you need to return any of our products, you MUST obtain from us a return authorization number.
Standard industry policy requires that you return any prepackaged and/or sealed item in its unopened original wrapping.
BOOKS: Can be returned within ten days of the date of receipt, as long as they are in received in a condition that permits resale.
Upon the receipt of your returned item, your credit card will be credited with the original cost of the product or a money order will be issued (minus the shipping charge).
Defective items can be replaced or refunded at your request. In the event of a defective item, we will incur the cost of shipping you a replacement free of charge. However, per industry standards, the cost of returning an item is that of the customer.
